tony stark has been my favorite superhero for years
because he's not always right and he has problems and he makes huge fucking mistakes
but he tries
he tries so hard
it may not always work
it might explode in his face
or he might go about it the wrong way but he does try
and while i can't relate to everything about tony stark i can relate to those things
i can so fucking relate to those things

the doctor was already dangerous and troubled
he was arrogant at times and had flaws
all of that was canon
he did not need to drink a magic cocktail of magic~ to make him any of those things
the doctor is a good man that can be pushed to do horrible things we all know this
so moffat why don't you show this

at the end of his rope
show a man who is struggling with what is happening around him
with what his people are doing
with what he is doing
with what he might have to do
show him running away
show him being a coward
show him being a friend
show him being a annoying lil shit
show him falling apart bit by bit
show him for who he is
show him being himself

It’s strange the way where you are can make the same noises bring up different feelings. When staying with my aunt, who lives in the city, hearing sirens is the norm. At home, however, it’s not. I live in a part of farmland where you rarely here sirens and if you do something pretty bad has usually happened.

So, hearing sirens at five o’clock at night when the only other thing you can hear is the howling of the dogs and wind? Is fucking terrifying. Particularly, when the sirens sound like they are centered towards the house near the back of your property. What makes this all even worse? If you’ve just finished watching some episodes of Criminal Minds.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to go find my metal baseball bat.

I went to sleep awhile ago, but kept getting woken up by the phone or someone needing to tell me something. So, here I am, up again. Awake. I'm not praticualy happy about this. Especially since before I went to sleep I had been up almost twenty-four hours.
